Glitch? You mean he's dropping money?... If that's what you meant then the answer is its not a glitch its just one of the items he drops... I suggest you save before you fight, boost your luck at least on Lucio and make sure he gets the killing strike... if your not happy with the item he drops stay in the boss grounds, quit, and then fight him again...
