Answer:
1.Make sure when you open itunes with the iPhone connected it says something like "We have detected a iPhone in recovery mode blah blah blah"
If not put it in DFU mode. If you dont know how just quickly google it.
2.Next Download TinyUmbrella http://cache.firmwareumbrella.com/downloads/tinyumbrella-5.00.12a.exe
3.Launch the program and a bunch of little in program windows will pop up. You can simply click ok, doesnt really pertain to you unless youve jailbroken your phone or are using it to format.
4.Your iDevice will show up on the left side under recovery. Click that and on the upper right it should say exit recovery and whaa laa.
5.No more bricked iphone.
6.Once you are done be sure to go to ((C://windows/system32/drivers/etc/host) and open the host file in notepad and delete the apple website in there. Otherwise you wont be able to have itunes verify with the apple servers in the future.
